OK, some might argue that if I am only paying $17/night for a room that I don't have a right to complain, but all I know is I woke up with A LOT of rage, to a lot of noise. I realize it's not the most flattering video, but like it or not, this is (a pissed off) David at 5:30. Welcome to the wonderful world of hostals.
